Great Fundraiser – No License Needed
The “Club” creates a drop-down menu with any number of items such as: Pay to Play or Bingo Cards and defines the price. The “Customer“ simply scans the QR Code, which loads the payment page, picks the desired item, enters a quantity, and clicks “Add”. The system totals the amount and the “Customer“ is ready to pay. The “Customer“ then chooses to receive an email and/or a SMS receipt to present as proof of payment.

Ticket Sales/ Auctions/ Retail
Collect Payment of Multiple Items
The “Club” builds a drop-down menu with any number of types of raffles, decides the starting number for each separate Raffle Item, determines the quantity of tickets to be sold, puts a price on each ticket and it’s ready for sale.
The “Purchaser” scans the QR Code, picks any number of tickets and clicks “Add”. The system adds them up and presents a total. The “Purchaser” simply clicks to pay.
Once paid, the “Purchaser” can choose to receive an email and/or and SMS receipt with proof of payment and a list of all their ticket numbers. Once the winning ticket is chosen, the system notifies the winner via text.
For an Auction: The “Club” would list an item(s) and the “Bidder” would enter their Bid price.
Collect Payment of Menu Options
The “Club” creates a drop-down menu with Breakfast, Brunch, Dinner, or Dining Event and defines the price. The Customer simply scans the QR Code, which loads the payment page, picks the meal, enters a quantity and clicks “Add”. The system totals the amount. The Customer then pays and chooses to receive an email and/or a SMS receipt that they can present for pickup.

One-time or Recurring Payment
“Member” scans the QR Code and a payment page is loaded which allows the “Member” to pay their dues as a one-time payment or a recurring payment. The “Member” enters an invoice or reference number and the amount and chooses to receive an email and/or a SMS receipt to present as proof of payment.

One-Time or Monthly
The Donor can text, email or use our “Donation Button” on social media. Once scanned, a donation form pops up and can be filled out with either a one-time donation amount or a monthly amount. The Donor then receives a 100% tax deductible receipt for their donation.
